Aakriti Jhunjhunwala

Aakriti Jhunjhunwala is a versatile professional with over a decade of international experience across education, student counselling, and finance.
She holds an MBA from Imperial College London and a BSc in Finance and Economics from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
She is a UK-certified counsellor through the British Council, as well as a Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) through the International Federation of Technical Analysts.

Prior to joining EduCoach, Aakriti worked as the Senior Recruitment Manager for the University of St Andrews in India, where she led student outreach and admissions strategy across the region. In this role, she gained valuable insight into what universities look for in prospective students and how applications are evaluated behind the scenes.

Aakriti has lived and worked in New York, Sydney, and London, and draws on her global experiences to guide and support students. Her counselling approach is structured and tailored to each student’s unique interests, abilities, and goals. Her motto is simple: Education is the best way to empower oneself.

She is also actively involved in the higher education community, serving in leadership roles such as Co-Chair of the Programs Committee at the Indo-British Scholars Association (IBSA), Regional Ambassador for NYU Kolkata, and Recent Graduate Lead for Imperial College London’s Kolkata Chapter.

 

Outside of work, Aakriti enjoys fitness, playing the piano, reading, and a good game of Scrabble!
